WI-Fi:

For all rooms in Wings 2, 7 and the 13th floor, the hotel WiFi is free. You can log into the hotel portal and purchase faster speed  for $12.95 a day.

For Ballrooms and Meeting rooms, basic WiFi is free. Upgrades for wider bandwidth are available through the hotel portal per device @ $22 or $28 a day plus tax.

In the ballrooms and meeting rooms Ethernet is available. We have negotiated a rate of $400 plus tax for each hookup for the show. You must contact us in advance to get hooked up.

Pipe and Drape:

We recommend: AlexanderPartyRentals.com   They did a great job in 2022 and are very professional and fair. But they request that all pipe and drape requests be made through Pacific Audio Fest.

Advertising:

The PAF 2023 directory will be distributed to all exhibitors and attendees as well as being distributed online as a PDF. The size will be 5-1/2" (5.5") wide and 9-1/2"" (9.5") tall (Taller than usual directories). The directory is full color.  The deadline for file submissions is May 10, 2023.
