Exhibitor Load in and Freight.
All incoming and outgoing freight will be handled by the inimitable Rusty Griffin, RGL Logistics. Vendors may personally move their own freight but please follow our guidelines. Please do bring freight through the lobby entrance without previous approval.

Wi-fi at the show.
Hotel sleeping rooms used as showrooms and meeting rooms have free hotel wi-fi.

Ethernet is only available in meeting rooms and through the hotel.

Many exhibitors have been using mobile hotspots for their internet.
We use a RG2100 5G Mobile Hotspot ($200) with a $50 month plan and highly recommend that type of option.

No food or beverage in the meeting rooms that is not provided by hotel banquet services. Seriously!

Tear-down is Sunday morning. We are paying for an extra day for you, but please be done by 2PM.
